I reached out to your office, via mail and several phone calls to no avail. The spray nozzle was broke and I sent your office pictures as well. Never got a response. I am very indignant as a consumer and to receive no response from your office regarding defective product leaves much to be desired. At this point I realize that only court will resolve this matter. What a terrible after experience your leave your customer base.

I purchased this with Casablanca. I really like Casablanca and I’m now enjoying Florence when I add the Rose Musk oil with it. I like staying power perfumes, and to me it just needed a boost for my taste. With the Rose Musk it makes it perfect. Swiss Arabian has wonderful perfumes. I have purchased 8 bottles in the last two months and couldn’t be happier. Delivery is outstanding and customer care is top notch.
